- All mandatory fields must be completed.

- Supporting documents may be required based on the type of business licence you are applying for:

* Island Health Retailer Vapour Products Inspection Report

* Island Health Food Facility Inspection Report / Permit

* Island Health Community Care Facility Inspection Report

* Island Health Personal Service Establishment Inspection Report

* Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch Approval Letter and Liquor Primary Licence

* Notice of Registration from Canada Revenue Agency

- The application process cannot be saved or paused. Please ensure you have all information and required documents ready and available to upload as required.

- Payment is required to complete the application process.
